CHAMBER NYC – Edifico O’Higgins 1625 Identity
Edificio O’Higgins 1625 is new real estate project collaboration between Chamber NYC and Adamo-Faiden. The new development, in Buenos Aires, is rethinking what high-rise living is. They compromise on inside space to create larger, more social outside spaces.
The identity plays with the contrast of the building itself, the interplay of natural and man-made. We use interacting shapes, inspired by Jean Arp, to covey the natural greenery that will dominate the outside spaces of the building. The simple, stark black and white colour palette allows for clear contrast when applied together and with typography.
